"I want to be thoroughly used up when I die, for the harder I work
the more I live." ~ George Bernard Shaw
From living on the edge of hell for over two decades to victory in Jesus Christ, today Kimberly Davidson has a passion and mission to help women mend their souls. Through her work she maps out a God-centered plan to overcome the bondage of everyday destructive habits and thinking.
"My heart is to help women break free from the past and engage them in the process of healing and growing into the likeness of our Savior, Jesus Christ."
Kimberly received a MA from Western Seminary in specialized ministry (pastoral care to women), is a board certified biblical counselor and spiritual development coach. She has ministered to women for over ten years, from the walls of prison to youth centers, inspiring them to empower God to meet their emotional and spiritual needs. She is the director of spiritual formation for women's ministries and teaches adult Bible study classes in her home church, Molalla Church of the Nazarene. Kimberly and her husband joined their church in 2002.
In 2003 she developed Olive Branch Outreach to provide people with disordered eating hope, help, and healing. In addition, for five years Kimberly was a leader with ARMS (Abuse Recovery Ministry Services). Today she teaches abuse recovery using her book Dancing in the Sonshine at Oregon's Coffee Creek Correctional Facility for women. Kimberly is one of the founding team members of Freedom Calling: Ending Modern Day Slavery. we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your
servants for Jesus' sake. For God, who said, "Let light shine out of
his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the
glory of God in the face of Christ. But we have this treasure in jars of
clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.-- 2
